An engraved, polished, stainless steel plaque commemorating the 1966 opening of Christian Salvesen’s Wickham Road Cold Store in Grimsby. The plaque in on an oak backing board measuring approximately 16″ x 11″.

The Mayor of Cleethorpes, Councillor Frank William Mitchell J.P. was born in Ilford, Essex in 1921. He died in Grimsby in 1994 and is buried in Cleethorpes. He lived at 16 ‘Chandos’, Kingsway, Cleethorpes.
