B1 Class steam locomotive 61232 leaves Grimsby Docks 1964.

The train is at the Cleethorpe Road crossing. The signal box is on the left and the district office of the Transport & General Workers Union is on the right at 59 Cleethorpe Road. The Great Northern Railway Goods & Grain Warehouse / Grimsby Cold Store by the Royal Dock is in the background. (The Royal Hotel and Dock Offices are just out of the picture, to the left.)
This LNER B1 Class 4-6-0 steam locomotive was designed by E. Thompson and built by the North British Locomotive Company, Glasgow in 1947. The British Railways number 61232 was used from August 1949. Scrapped in 1966 at Birds (Long Marston, Warwickshire).
