‘Perseverance’ is a shrimping vessel. She was built in Boston in c1914 and spent much of her working life on the Humber. She was registered before and after WW2 as H.126.
‘Perseverance’ was repaired by Alexandra Dock, Grimsby between 1987 and 1990 for North East Lincolnshire Council. The Grimsby Fishing Heritage Centre opened in 1991 and ‘Perseverance’, registered as GY.411, is on permanent display inside the building.
