The building still exists but looks “rather different” today. A few details shown on this superb photo can still be seen.

This large photo had found its way to Bristol. The annotation on the reverse indicates that the photo shows the shop “before closure, late ???? (scribbled out)”. At some point in time, there was a connection between the photo and a W. H. Lucas (?) of 22 Southfield Road, Scarthoe, Grimsby.
