Possibly a gauge from a steam trawler. It measures pressure up to 200lbs per square inch.

In 1909, Ole Theodor Olsen (1838-1925) was a compass adjuster and nautical instrument maker on Fish Dock Road, Grimsby at the same time as Chris(tian) Olsen (1874-1923), his son. The company carried on as Chris. Olsen and later as Olsen’s after the death of Ole and Chris(tian). Ole Theodor Olsen described himself as a compass adjuster, nautical instrument maker, flag manufacturer, chart and nautical bookseller and publisher of Olsen’s Fisherman’s Nautical Almanack. This indispensable book for the whole of the fishing industry was produced from 1882 until 2000.

Note: Ole Theodor Olsen was a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society. He was born in Christansand, Norway. After years at sea, he had an extensive knowledge of the movements of fish in the North Sea. He settled down in Grimsby as a maker of nautical instruments and a publisher of books for fishermen including editions of Olsen’s Fisherman’s Nautical Almanack, Tide Tables and Directory of All British Fishing Vessels. Ole Theodor Olsen received honours in several countries, including Norway, Sweden and Japan.

Note: Olsen’s Fisherman’s Nautical Almanack was produced by E.T.W. Dennis and Sons Ltd. of Scarborough. The Bodleian Library, Oxford holds every copy from 1882-2000.
