Cosalt Exports Ltd. was a international trading arm of the former, prominent Grimsby-based Cosalt Group, Cosalt PLC. While the parent group was primarily known for marine services and static caravans, Coasalt Exports Ltd. specialised in the production of decorative items, most notably vintage-style advertising mirrors. The company’s production peaked between 1955 and the 1980s.

Note: The Great Grimsby Coal, Salt and Tanning Company started in 1873. The parent company entered administration in 2013. While the historic operating business is gone, the Cosalt name is still referred to in relation to its legacy products and in official company records.
