Albert Heward Parker was a beef and pork butcher at 122 & 124 Victoria Street (West) in Grimsby c1930s-1950s. He also owned this tobacconists shop next door at number 126.

Mr Parker died on 26th June 1957. It is presumed that this photo was taken sometime in the mid to late 1950s.
