The postcard was posted by ? (illegible) in Boston, Lincolnshire on 25th August 1949. The recipient was Mrs F. (Florence A.) Fenwick, 26 West St., Darfield, Near Barnsley, Yorkshire. The message reads. “Dear F Having Good Weather everything OK I.”

Florence Annie Fenwick (1906-1978) was the wife of Eric Hodgson Fenwick (1899-1986), coal miner (hewer?), face ripper, heavy worker, below.
