Ross Jackal GY.637 was built by Cochrane’s shipyard in Selby in 1959. She was owned by Ross Trawlers (twice), G F Sleight and British United Trawlers. In 1985, she was renamed Cam Jackal (Cam Shipping) and converted to a rig standby vessel.
