Ross Cormorant GY.665 by Sid Burton c1960s.
Ross Cormorant GY.665 was built in 1961 by Cochrane & Sons Ltd, Selby for Ross Trawlers. She had several owners including G. F. Sleight & Sons Ltd., Ross Trawlers Ltd. and British United Trawlers. She operated out of Aberdeen in the 1970s (still as GY.665) and in 1979 was converted to an oil rig supply vessel and relocated to Lowestoft and then Fleetwood where she was renamed Dominica. Shortly afterwards, she was declared a total loss due to engine damage. She was scrapped in 1991.
