Sir George Doughty JP (13 March 1854 – 27 April 1914) was a Grimsby trawler owner and politician. He sat in the House of Commons for most of the period from 1895–1914. (He was ousted by Thomas Wing for most of 1910.) George Doughty was knighted in 1904.
