Bellamy Brothers Ltd., a mineral water company, was founded in 1870. They built a mineral water factory in Hamilton Street, Grimsby at the end of the 19th century.

Bellamy’s also had premises in Louth, Skegness, Grantham, Boston and Horncastle.

Local rival drinks manufacturer, William Hill and Son (Grimsby) Ltd. was also located in Hamilton Street. Both companies won significant awards for their drinks. In 1957 the two companies joined forces and the business closed sometime in the 1970s.
