Kelly’s Directory of Lincolnshire 1909: Lord Emily (Mrs.), grocer 19, & greengrocer 21, Wollaston Road. Emily was obviously also a confectioner. By the 1920s, the business was owned by A. Foulston.

Wollaston Road slopes down towards Clee Road and fields beyond. The view is recognisable today but less rural looking in the distance.
