An original printed postcard published by H. Lee, Bull Ring, Grimsby and phototyped in Berlin. Based on a photo by Lee. Henry Lee was a newsagent at 22 Bull Ring.

The photo must have been taken from the tower of St. James’ Church looking towards the Yarborough Hotel.

J. W. Eason & Co. were forwarding agents located at 44 Freeman St., here in the old Market Place and at 43 Abbey Road. Later, Easons became a travel agency. The business continued until c1970s and, by then, was located at 16 Brighowgate.
