‘H.M.S. Selkirk’ was built in Scotland by Murdoch and Murray and launched in 1918. She was deployed as a minesweeper in WW2 and was patrolling the East Coast in 1941 when this photo was taken.

Captain of ‘H.M.S. Selkirk’ at this time may have been Auberon Charles Alan Campbell Duckworth.

Scrapped in 1957.
