An original photographic postcard by an unknown photographer.

The location is the junction of Abbey Road and Bargate and is still recognisable today, apart from the tramlines. The house on the far left and those in the distance look much the same.

The postcard was sent from Grimsby by F.S.H. on 28th May 1904. The recipient was Miss P. Sivill, Woodbine Cottage, Withern (spelt Witherne), Near Alford.
