‘Northern Gift’ GY.704 was built in 1962 by Cook, Welton & Gemmell for Northern Trawlers Ltd., Grimsby. In 1974, ‘Northern Gift’ collided with the German freighter ‘Brook’ in thick fog near the Bull Light-vessel. She was badly holed and in danger of sinking but it was possible to tow her to Spurn where she was beached. Eventually, she was refloated and repaired at Grimsby.

‘Northern Gift’ GY.704 became a Lowestoft registered oil rig stand-by safety vessel in 1980 and was renamed ‘St. Davids’. She was scrapped at Milton Creek in 1987.

‘Lemberg’ GY.664 was built by J. S. Doig in Grimsby in 1961 for Lindsey Steam Trawler Company, Grimsby. In 1986, she was registered at Milford as M.356.

‘Thomas Baskcomb’, built in 1963, was one of several Grimsby tugs owned by Grimsby Salvage and Towing Co. Ltd.
