An original photographic postcard by an unknown photographer/publisher. There’s a symbol of an owl printed on the reverse but we don’t know who used this mark.

Taken just before WW2, when boyhood pleasures were simple.

Note the barge registered at Hull which is being either loaded or unloaded. We cannot quite make out its name. Can you help?
