Peterhead trawlers ‘Strathspey’ PD.390 and ‘Strathgarry’ PD.391 at Grimsby 1992.

Both trawlers were built by John Lewis & Sons, Aberdeen. ‘Strathspey’ was built in 1973 and ‘Strathgarry’ in 1974.
‘Strathspey’ was built as ‘Vest Finnur’. Subsequent names were ‘Hadegisklettur’, ‘Ocean Maid’, ‘Strathspey’ and ‘Genesis’. She was scrapped in Denmark in 2002.
‘Strathgarry’ was built as ‘Nord Finnur’. Sank in 1995. Where?
These pair trawlers had been down south and called in at Grimsby on their way home.
