From the original negative.

In 1992, the oil industry regulated that ex-trawlers were no longer suitable as support vessels for oil rigs. These boats were subsequently laid up at Grimsby awaiting their fate.

The two boats with names visible areCam Lynx’ andCam Civet’. These were formerly the RossCat’ boatsRoss Lynx’ GY.626 andRoss Civet’ GY.650. Both these boats were sold on the international market and were reconverted to trawlers. They were fishing in foreign parts for some years.
