‘Ross Lion’ GY.216 was built in 1956 by Cochrane and Sons Ltd., Selby for Derwent Trawlers Ltd., Grimsby. Sold to Ross Trawlers Ltd., Grimsby in 1959 and then to Yorkshire Trawlers Ltd., Grimsby later in the same year. Sold to George F. Sleight & Sons Ltd., Grimsby in 1962. Sold to Ross Lake Canada Ltd., St. John’s, Newfoundland in 1962. Sold to Burgeo Fish Industries Ltd., Burgeo, Newfoundland in 1973. What was her fate?

Note: ‘Ross Lion’ was not one of the famous Ross ‘Cat’ boats. She was not of a standard design.
