‘Ada Jean’ GY.321 was a seiner trawler built in Denmark in 1948. She was built as ‘Grethe Mortensen’ E.294 by Ravn Byberg’s Skibsbyggerei, Esbjerg. She was registered at Fleetwood as ‘Island’ FD.271 in 1952. She was re-registered at Grimsby as ‘Island’ GY.371 in 1967. In 1977 she was renamed ‘Ada Jean’ GY.371. Sank in c1980 and the circumstances of the sinking were, allegedly, suspicious.
